#### For program purchase

- Your e-tickets will be emailed to you. No e-tickets will be emailed for education workshop programs; information will be emailed to participants closer to the program's start date. No paper tickets will be mailed. 
- No refunds for cancellations, except for education workshops (if requested up to 24 hours before start time).
- MHM reserves the right to cancel an event due to severe weather, extreme circumstances, and/or low enrollment. In such cases, ticket holders will be contacted through phone or email. 
- If you have questions please contact the Box Office at 651-259-3015.

#### For membership purchase

- Allow 2-3 weeks for your member card(s) and welcome letter to arrive via first class mail. Confirmation of your purchase will be emailed and may be used as your temporary membership pass when you visit MHM historic sites before your membership card(s) arrive by mail.
- Note to new and renewing members: To reserve your free general admission or member-priced tickets, log out from MHM Cart and then log back in with your MHM member email address.
